I ran across one of these while looking for a New Holland. The guy is from overseas. You send your money to some foreign country and you never see it again or the tractor! Be careful. My friend bought a Bobcat skid steer off of Ebay almost 2 yrs. ago. A week later the Sheriffs office is knocking on his door. Turns out the Bobcat had been stolen. They caught the guy and my buddy has not seen any part of the $13,000 he paid for it. Since the crime was out of state the DA could care less about my friend and his loss of money. Be sure to research serial #'s when buying equipment over the internet.
