NH had a good parts system. HAD, but it's now a far cry from what it used to be. They can usually find the parts somewhere on the continent, but it now takes several days to get some things, as limited quantities of each item are stocked in one warehouse, or in some cases, perhaps only one warehouse in NA will stock a given part. I did a brake job on my 7710, and had parts come from 4 different depots. Just my 2 cents. Rod
