IH cub Lo-boy 185 oil leak

I have a steady oil drip from the rear main engine seal while the engine is running on my 1976 IH Cub Lo-boy 185. Is it a tough job to replace the rear main seal on this tractor? Will the engine have to be removed from the frame? Will I have to drop the oil pan and remove the crankshaft? If it is just a matter of removing a cover from the rear of the engine and inserting a seal, I will buy a service manual and do it myself. Thanks for any advice.
