I have seen them on most McCormick Deerings and on early Caterpillars too. Vortox air cleaners still around and are very popular. All the big Peterbilt trucks you see with the big tall stainless air cleaners on each side of the cowl are Vortoxes. At about $800 for each air cleaner, they now sell aircleaner locks to keep them from sprouting legs while parked.
