I have a 3020 PS. There is an oil cooler in front of the radiator. There are hoses in the area, above and below the fuel tank. The hydraulic pump is below the tank. Are you talking a major leak, or slight leak? Put the fuel tank back on, pressure wash the whole area, and watch for leaks. Any leak should be evident with the tank in place, so you can run the tractor and determine the location. It may be just a hose clamp that needs to be tightened. I've found bad hoses, loose clamps, and cracks in the cooler. Everything from a major gusher to a slight leak, but all are evident and easy to fix.
