Mornin' John, Yes Sir. The wife and I can now give directions to every farm on every county road in three ajoining states, but we have now found, what we think, is the perfect place for us. Oddly enough, and as it turned out, this particular farming couple contacted us, so go figure. Will post more when the deal is done. In the meantime, we sit here waiting, holding the piggy bank in one hand and the hammer in the other. Sure hope we are doing the right thing, :>( Allan
