That being said, there are a lot of determining factors in coming up with a figure to "play around with".
1. What kind of condition is the tractor in? (Smoke? Run strong? Lift? PTO? Guages? Paint? You mention new tires).
2. What general area of the country are you in?

Assuming it runs good, doesn't smoke, everything works on it, has decent paint, with new tires and a loader, here in southeast Texas, you'd be looking at about $3500-$4500 (on a 'generous day')... in my opinion...
