Fred..........If you are like me, you would rather have written instruction than have to ask someone but, Dell on the 9N/2N/8N/ board has the answers. If you can take answers with a tone of superior attitude, (all in fun, I hope) that is where to go. When I decided to convert, he, and others over there help me to not only do it but, understand what has to happen for it to work. If you understand that, you can write your own step by step instructions. I can now do it right the first time but, he can explain it better. Good luck with you conversion......E. Ray
