Amen aFORDable. Herr Kerry is a much better speech maker than Bush, but anybody can talk out both sides of their mouth and make a silk purse out of a sow's ear. Doing something is the big thing. Since he has voted repeatedly against all military spending, I wonder what he wants our boys to fight with? Squirt guns? Or like him, go over to the other side, sit down, have a bowl of rice and fishheads, and talk about it. I, like you, can't forget him for leaving in the middle of his duty. Restoration Story: Fordson Major - by Anthony West. George bought his Fordson Major from a an implement sale about 18 years ago for £200.00 (UK). There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard. From the engine number, it was found that this Major was produced late 1946. It was almost complete but had various parts that would definitely need replacing.
