I finally bit and put No. 2 fuel oil in my twin tanks in the basement at 1.60/gallon. Mind you it's a nonwinterized blend without road taxes.

Held off all summer because I figured I'd buy at a buck ten and it never got below a buck 25. You know what they say about procrastination...

Talked to the delivery guy today and he told me it went up yesterday to 1.85/Gal for No.2.

I'm just north Madison, WI.
