You should be able to pull it off with a puller. Sometimes, though, they can be tough! If you are re-using the pulley (hub?), I'd be carefull not to abuse it, as it may come loose later, if damaged, and go through the radiator along with the fan! If you do not have the tools or knowledge to procede, take it to the dealer's shop. Even if it costs a few bucks, it's better than a failure later, and if they fix it, it should be warranteed against any failure.
