I keep seeing the question "what does this have to do with tractors?" Directly nothing. Indirectly, well, a lot of us are or were farmers. We work under often harsh conditions, alone, doing seemingly impossible tasks, at times. We love old tractors not just because we love rust but because they are a part of our past. A past that though not perfect had many admirable attributes. Many of us are independent, hard working, innovative, and persistant, the qualities that made and perserved this nation. We would rather the government leave us alone than take care of us. We also know that no one helps another by making them dependent on them. I'll never consider my child grown until they don't need me anymore. We fear no one but God, and will not compromise our morals for false economic security. This compromise is the primary business plan of prostitutes and we want no part of it. And so it becomes impossible for us to remain silent when we see the whole structure of society become hi-jacked by a bunch of holier than thou, smarter than thou, elitists who look for our vote every election but look at us with distaste the rest of the time calling us rednecks, cowboys, hicks, and ignorant farmers.
