If the paint is good to very good, leave it alone. Too often people paint something thinking it will be worth more. Tractors are not quite like houses. An original paint job in good shape is worth more than a half-butted attempt at making it worth more with some paint. Get the buffer out and see what you come up with. A lot of the time there is more paint under the grime and a good buff of whats there is every bit as good as a new pain job.
