Sounds like land is reasonable down there too. Lanf in Michigan is hard to find for less than $1200/ acre in the lower penninsula and thts swampland. I paid $14,000 for my 10 acres 12 yrs ago. Today it would be $30,000 Lake front. is really high. $4000 - $7000 a front ft. Might have to make a trip down to your area sometime. Jerry
