A battery sitting on a "cold" floor but has warm air around it is in trouble. Each battery plate is warmer at the top than at the bottom. A battery is more active and has a higher voltage when warm than cold. Now the warm tops and cool bottom of the plates have a slightly different voltage potential and wee bit of current will flow.
So yes, in a few weeks or months that battery will be discharged.
Best to remove the batteries and clean up the terminals, cables and the tray below. Lead acid batteries stored or used at temps of 77F plus suffer shortened life by the way.
