If a spyware or adware program won't let you run an anti-spyware or anti-adware program to fix your computer, here's a idea that might help. When you start your computer, start it in the "Safe Mode". This bypasses those nasty programs at startup. Once in the "Safe Mode", run your anti-bad stuff programs. When you restart your computer, it should be clean.
