Allen, I think a lot of our problems on here are misunderstandings. I know I kid around a lot and say things in a gaming spirit. We're talking to the world on this site and not only does everyone not feel great simultaneously, different things mean different things to different people. What could be a good old boy slap on the back in Texas could be a duelling insult in Washington state. Take the work "Bloody". I know we have Brits on here and when I was in UK this was THE expression of distaste. In Texas it meant absolutely nothing. We'll make it ..........if you'd just quit insulting me. Grin. Mark

Restoration Story: Fordson Major - by Anthony West. George bought his Fordson Major from a an implement sale about 18 years ago for £200.00 (UK). There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard. From the engine number, it was found that this Major was produced late 1946. It was almost complete but had various parts that would definitely need replacing.
