I've got a 48 LowBoy thats yellow! Can't find any trace of red anywhere! Paint looks to be Original, except for hood where someone painted it a little darker color of yellow with a brush! Right over decals and all! But tranny, engine, rearend all look to be yellow from factory! Even tryed scraping a few spots on some out of the way places to see if I could find some red paint with no luck! Anyone know if they ever painted them yellow from the factory? Maybe for the Highway Department so something? Bob
