You didn't happen to accidentally pull out on the disconnect rod did you.....you know the rod that disconnects the tranny from the engine so you can move it with the engine off.....or is that another type tractor. Not familiar with your model.

Otherwise, probably air trapped somewhere. Gotta figure out how and where to bleed it off. If the other stuff works, sounds like your pump is a pumpin.
