Hi John, Glad you found your ground problem. Now did you find out why the shoes were needing adjustment so often? With a bad ground you should have been using less adjustment as shoe wear would be less. I'm guessing your shoe adjustment was over adjusted tight allowing for the bad ground as That way you could feel brakes with what little gound there was. Did you set your controller gain at the recomended 25mph speed? If you adjust the gain control with every load at 25mph, you will probably have less shoe wear with having good brake preformance.
