My handle of Binder-Man does not work any more???

I have been Binder-Man for years now, and registered it when that first started. Two weeks ago I posted a question about Dish Tv which everyone helped me out with, after those posts I could not post with the name Binder-Man anymore. I get a box come up when I submit my post which says Binder-Man is already registered,ya I registered it when that first started. I e-mailed Kim, she told me to cut and paste this message to her. I did this a week ago and have not heard any thing back?? Has anyone else had this problem? Our Dish TV is up and running, I waxed the F-20 the other night while watching RFD TV-Talking Tractors out in my shop, so far I really like it.
