Then you gotta add the "stop to answer the cell phone time", and "the wife and kids need money time". and......the list goes on and on and... I run a couple tractors almost full time during the summer, doing custom bush hogging. (My son and I) We use 7' mowers, on 60 HP tractors. We can run close to 5-1/2 MPH in clean ground. With some of the "magic formula's" will tell you that we SHOULD be mowing close to 5 acres an hour. I'll tell you from experience we can BARELY mow 4 acres an hour each. John
