How about saving your money and buying a nice, used machine? $20K? You can purchase an old Ford, JD, Oliver, IH, AC etc. with implements for less than $5000 and put the rest in your retirement account. Well maintained old machinery can be every bit as reliable as the new stuff and a hell of lot better made to boot. What do you need 4 wheel drive for? I agree it looks nice, but given your description, doesn't seem warranted. Think about servicing your new machine. When your solid state, microprocessor driven, carburetor free, injection/fitzer valve goes out on Saturday, ya think NH will send someone over? I am betting you don't have the diagnostic equipment, nor training to begin to evaluate what might be wrong (me neither), but you better hang on to your wallet once the warranty runs out. I guess I think like a Depression era farmer, but no one every got rich by spending money unwisely. G.O.M.
