To sum up an answer, not really. If you are looking for a very small inexpensive loader tractor, the best bet would be an older garden tractor with loader - could be had for 3 grand or less in very good shape. In the 70s many garden tractors had little front loaders available. In terms of true antique farm tractors, all the loader tractors are big and bulky, and certainly not 4wd. You can get a light loader on a ford tractor, same with IH utility and Massey, but most dont have power steering and are quite clumsy because of the large size. I am sure someone else will chime in with other ideas...
