The warranty is 3yrs or 36,000. The guy I am dealing with has a good point though! If they fix it the will replace the valve body with one that will or could have the same problem and not even look at the torque converter to see if its hurt at all. This might sound crazy but I would rather spend a little money to get it fixed right this time than take it back to GM several time's and have to wait a week at a crack.
