Massey MF30 ??

I've been looking at a neighbor's mid-70's MF30 / MF34 industrial tractor w/ an industrial loader. Hydro's seem good. It's got a 4cyl Perkins enginge that seems good as well, but the starting was a little rough. Left brake was stiff, and 3ph is stuck in the up position. Owner claims this is probably just some adjustment. Could anyone tell me what this tractor might be worth?? It's about what I'm looking for. Thanks!
