Searching for family tractor - PLEASE HELP!

I am trying to find one of our family tractors, it"s a Case 430 that would have been sold in the early 90"s from Belleville, IL. This tractor was extremely low hour and in perfect condition. On it"s serial number tag the model was designated as a 440, but it had 430 decals on it. It was a wide front, power steering, over size front tires and had an actual car horn wired on it with a button under the dash. The man who bought it from my family, and then resold it said that it "headed south" around the Memphis area he thought. Any information or suggestions on how best to find this tractor is extremely welcomed. THANKS!
