Never saw ticks this late.... Usually worst month for them is August. Only theory I can reckon is ... that as it gets colder, they seek warmth ( People & animals) Like Flies hover around window screens as weather gets colder. This has been an unusual year as far as weather goes. Bugs have eaten up my greens patch, never saw that happen before.It seems like we went from summer to winter. It sleeted a few miles up the road on Saturday.
