Best advice I can give,is to search the archives of this board,and to try some of the related links for specs etc.check the Ford and N-board too.If you buy a tractor,get the operators and service manuals,and read all of it.
Rop,means,roll over protection.both tractors are good machines,the 8N more popular for restoring and collecting. good luck.
