WD40's were a 461 cu in full diesel firstwheel tractor . The TD40 crawler was the tracked version.Basically they were made in three versions first vertical then 10 degree then 45 degree angle on the injectors .Most wer the 10 degree. The early ones had a brass carb like the farmall reg for starting later ones had similar to the MD and W9. Early ones were three speed later ones were 4. bore was 4 3/4 x 6 1/2 stroke. A very sturdy and powerful tractor for its day pulling 4 plows plus. No other company had anything even close at the time approx 1935 to 1939. The TD14 crawler has a very similar engine
