Well, about all the system has is points, condensor, and the coil, so if they are all good and the points are gapped properly and the condensor is good and no wires are grounded out, Im out of ideas. If you can check the condensor, I would do that because if its grounded out or shorted out internally, you will get no fire. I suspect the condensor or theres a hidden wire shorted to the steel case somewhere, because if the coil is good and points gapped correct, I see no reason why she wont fire. Look at it all again especially the condensor and make sure when the points are closed, they are making good contact and can conduct current. Is there possibly some sort of grounding kill switch wire that ma be shorted??? Good Luck, John T in Indiana
