Well at least you got something. I sent this SOB in Hemet California, $1100. (one half the selling price) over a year ago for a Allis Chalmers M and never received nothing! Repeated emails, complaint filed with U.S. postal service and several FRAUD watch sites alerted and still nothing. If I had only used an escrow none of this would have happened. I'm not a rich man and $1100. is a lot of money to me. So folks, watch who ya deal with, the crooks are out there in force. Oh by the way, the guys name in Hemet, TIM CHANDLER. He's ebay some, usually buying. If anyone knows or has been ripped-off by this jerk, email me, maybe we can exchange notes.
