brian1, About 2 yrs ago we were under contract to get a tower, But they opted for a location barely on the grid, accross the highway where they gained maybe 5 ft in extra elevation. Our deal was A 20 yr contract so to speak. $1000/month for 5 yrs,Guarenteed Then 5yr extensions at 750/ month for the 2nd five, After that the price was negoehiated. All said the deal over the 20 yr period would have netted us about 120K. Their tower was a guywire type tower, not a free standing unit. The free standing ones are usually shorter in highr and command more money than the guywire type. For they are under the requirements for lights. or they would pay $38000 for the 2 acres they need. Plus any road improvement, gate modifications. Remenber the guarentee is what you need to base your decisions on. I have never seen a cell tower taken down. If your sight is out in the country, in a fringe area. And if your place holds the highest spot in the grid where they want it. Then you are in the drivers seat. Don't play too hard to get-a-long with or they will go else where. In a city limits of a town it will be higher too. Hope this helps. Later, John A.

The draft forces are
