My JD60 and Farmall 30 both being all-fuel have the small gas tanks. I was thinking if diesel or kerosene were less prone to gum up the carb like old gas does then I would use the small tank for them. When I am ready to shut down for an extended period, I would switch to the small tank and run on kero or diesel before shutting down. Good idea or not?
