Has anyone noticed some tractors that look almost new are listed at around $500 and no bids. These are real nice looking with loader and backhoes etc. When I check further the seller has a thing that a bidder must be approved with the seller before bidding. Is this a way to sell items without paying the high cost at e-bay? e-bay cost have gotten so high seems people are having to find alternative ways to sell. Sorry, this is not an answer to the above question but just curious.
