Walter I had a problem pouring the acid and I was outside.breathing is a problem, for the newcomers. I used 3 gallons of vinegar..let it set overnite, that took care of the loose sediment. Then I added 2 gals of muriatic acid with equalwater..in two hours the fuel sediment bowl unit disolved lololol...but that was ok, I flushed with hot soapy water twice then flushed with the hose, the tank has baffles so u have to flush good.now that amount of acid was necessary to get sidewalls, I will dry the tank with my propane unit to remove moisture the auto supp has a tank creme to use for coating...I will use...the tank was on a Ford 9N...Thanks again Walter, the acid took the finish off the funnel I was using...and was about to disolve it..so it is a hurry up operation...
