Neither way would appeal to me. If you go fixed rate and costs go up they will make up for it somehow. What I cant figger out is I get a cheaper rate for my water heater(separate meter) then I do for lights and plugs. Yet the electricity comes from the same generator and on the same wires. Now how can they do that. steveormary

Earthmaster Project Progress Just a little update on my Earthmaster......it's back from the dead! I pulled the head, and soaked the stuck valves with mystery oil overnight, re-installed the head, and bingo, the compression returned.
