YOUR FIRST MISTAKE WAS BUYING THE BELARUS.THE SECOND ONE IS ANTI-FREEZE IN THE TIRES.IT SHOULD BE A SODIUM(AS IN SALT /BRINE)SOLUTION.ANTI-FREEZE WILL SOFTEN RUBBER TIRES AND TUBES,UNLESS THEY ARE MADE OUT OF RADIATOR HOSES!
