Those search engines can be: 1. so helpful or 2. so frustrating. We know the info is out there, just trying to figure out how to word the question! :) With my ISP, I'm pretty much on my own too. Little local telephone co, they bought out the other 2 providers & jacked up the access charges for anyone else.... They changed their email software 45 days ago, still doesn't work right, they have not transfered our personal settings yet so - I'm getting 30 spams a day, which come to me on an email address I don't even have! 'They are working on it' I was told 2 weeks ago. --->Paul
