Try Paul's suggestion, but it is likely you have lost more than just command.com. Probe about on your hard drive to see if you can find your data files. If you can, buy another hard drive (cheap these days), install it, and copy the data file over. Then reinstall Windows. If that doesn't work, format your C: drive (your data is still on the new drive) and start installing all of your software again.

If you don't have it, get some antivirus software. Likely your ISP will have free or cheap software that is kept up-to-date easily.
