one more comment: those comments were general "engine" related comments, and I have no specific knowledge of the JD H. If there is some peculiar way the water pump is mounted or engineered on that tractor which can cause a leak into the oil, I don't know. Just remember that coolant has to enter and circulate through the engine block and head. There are really only the two ways mentioned that oil and coolant can mix if the water pump has no common boundary or seal with the crankcase. RKS
