The loader on my 8N (that I sold at least 25 years ago) got hydraulic pressure from the test port on the right side of the pump plate that makes the bottom of the rear of the transmission. To work the loader required chaining down the three point. There may have been a plate to fit on top the transmission under the seat with valves to select one or the other hydraulic loads. You might look for Walt's tractor parts in Mexico MO to see if there are any adapters to fit your 9N these days. Gerald J.
