We had Fords, Fergusons,Farmalls and one Cockshutt in the following order as best I can remember. F-12 Farmall 1942-3.used TE-20 Ferguson 1948? TO-30 Ferguson 1952 Traded in F-12 641 Ford 1958 850 Ford,traded in TE-20 used Farmall Super M used Ford 2000 3cyl.lpto and 4by2 tranny. Trded in the 641. Cockshutt 30 with F-10 Farmhand loader. used Framall 706 ger. used. Farmall 300 used. Farmall M with F-10 Farmhand loader. Let the Super M and the Ford 2000 go on Dads cleanup sale. Big mistake. Sold Cockshutt to a friend who has since restored it. Can be seen at Stuhr Museum at Grand Island NE at their fall steam and threshing show. 2002. Retired,sold out and moved south. Health concerns due to injury accidents and Parkinsons.

Restoration Story: Fordson Major - by Anthony West. George bought his Fordson Major from a an implement sale about 18 years ago for £200.00 (UK). There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard. From the engine number, it was found that this Major was produced late 1946. It was almost complete but had various parts that would definitely need replacing.
