Sonny, I have a 570 model (97 or 98) and it did have some minor leaks but were easy to fix. The hydraulic distributor valves will leak unless it has the later Husco version (which I doubt). I believe the engines perform extremely well and are very fuel-efficient. The transmissions are a bit funky but ok when you get familiar with them. Parts are not a problem and you can find a number of places to order from and no more expensive than other brands. If you need parts right away, I recommend Beshears at(http://www.beshears.com/Parts.htm) and if you can wait approximately 3 weeks, you can get parts at about half price from a guy in Eastern Europe whose name is Alex. He will contact you if you post your need on the Belarus forum. In particular, I would recommend ordering maintenance parts from him. If you want feedback from Belarus owners, post your questions on the Belarus forum http://groups.yahoo.com/group/BelarusTractor/ and I believe some other folks will provide sound advice. Good luck.
