Propane will freeze in the converter/regulator if the engine water is not kept warm and flowing through the convertor. when this happens you will probably see ice on the converter/regulator and will need to let it thaw out and restart. Check for coolant flow by feeling for difference in temp of the inlet and outlet lines of the converter. Also some times the lock off solenoid that shuts off the gas line. It can lose power and will shut off fuel flow. Maybe a broken wire or loose wire or fuse blown. In a few cases the filter in a regulator will clog and the screen will need to be taken out and cleaned. Usually located inside the converter. Be careful and always watch that you don't have a spark that will ignite the unseen vapors!! Gene Davis
