That lift has a 12volt lockoff threaded in to vaparizer that is fitted in to water jacket check with a test light to see if you get 12 volt at solinoid with key turned on if you do then remove the low presure line to carb crank over moter and see if propane flows if it does then there is a problem elseware make sure there is no open flames or sparks when you do this test the vaparizer is rebuildable but not worth it as it is worth about 100.0 can there is no ajustments on it there is a kit for the carb the lock off is sold as a unit and make sure to use brass fittings and approved thread sealent call your locall clark dealer with model and serial no to get info on carb set up hope this helps
