Brian, After I changed the tires on my M, I would have gladley paid someone $100.00 to do it, you know hind sight is 20/20. Mine had no calcium in the tires, so that was not an issue.They had been on so long the beads were frozen to the rim, the tubes stuck to the rims, was a nasty job. I will probably do my own again, but at the time, it was hot, miserable, So, I would have to agree with Allan, sometimes you pay for conveinience, and the guy who told you the $8.00 per tire had no idea what he was getting into. Friends and neighbrs are too hard to come by, don't stir the pot. On the other hand, I guess that is why I am not rich, I don't charge enough to my neighbors and friends at times.
