Remeber next time, rule of thumb is normally .002" undersize per inch of OD for a good press fit. Now as for your current situation, like one post suggested you can knurl the OD of the bushing to tighten it up. You can also take a sharp center punch and peck around the iside of the hole and accomplish nearly the same thing, the only thing about this way is it doesn't "shrink" the hole around 100% of the OD like knurling the bushing would swell it. If you want to use Lock-tite try the green 680, that's for cylindrical bearings and bushigs. You can also use some type of epoxy like JB Weld, Devcon, etc and coat the bushing before putting it in. Any of these things will help but depending on what's happening with whatever goes through the bushing and how much force it applies to the bushing as to wether any of these things are really gonna do any good.
