there was 150 acres up for auction on friday(14th). i tossed and turned and finally talked to the auctioneer and placed my bid cause i wasn't able to make the sale. on wed.(12th) i got cold feet and backed out. found out this morning it brought way less then what i was gonna spend!!!!! bad morning for me. at noon i find out my neighbor is selling on feb.5. 172 acres touching my land!!!!! now i know why god gave me cold feet last week!!!!! i really need a place to strech the legs of that ole 766!!!!!(had to make this about red tractors somehow!) i just hope i didn't miss the boat. one day alnd goes for 1000/acre and the next it brings 2000/acre. i need some prayers!!!!!!! casey in SD
