I have restored a DC without a 3pt. system, and
all I know about it is this. I think it was just a lift system, meaning there was no 3rd arm on top. Ford still had the patent
on the 3pt. at that time, and they were produced under different names by different companies. CASE's was called the Eagle Hitch, Oliver was the
hydra-lectric system, and there were others. Same
principle though. I think that the DC functioned as a 3pt., but I'm not sure. Sorry if I'm not much help. I do have a CASE book at home, and If you'll e-mail me back, I'll see what the book tells me. If you have any DC parts, I might be interested, I need a battery cover.
